Hi, I'm Tanya
F🤬ck Being Stuck coaching combines my global leadership experience in the male-dominated fields of security, crisis management, and intercultural communication with decades of designing transformational learning spaces for emerging and established leaders.
Before launching my coaching company, I spent years as a Global Security Advisor inside complex humanitarian environments with Church World Service and Norwegian Church Aid - leading security teams, navigating volatile situations, and training leaders across high-stakes contexts.
I’ve always known I bring value, even when my knees wobbled —
… whether I was training over 6,000 leaders, consulting for international organizations, interviewed as a security expert on national news, or featured in women’s magazines.
